simple design allows the user to quickly learn how to use the Lanzacret
mortar sprayer efficiently to work on larger surface areas in less time.

Function
and application
Fill
the hopper on the “Lanzacret” mortar sprayer, direct it to the wall
or ceiling you want to cover,
trigger
the Mortar Sprayer and release. Repeat about once per second or two.
After
a few hopper loads you will learn the optimum trigger pull, the optimum
time to hold the trigger and the optimum time between trigger pulls.
Keep the mortar sprayer moving. Consider that you are doing a slow dance
with the mortar sprayer. Make no fast movements but never stop moving.
Always remember that the best spraying pattern is obtained when the
nozzles are 12 inches from the wall and perpendicular to the work
surface. While spraying, the hopper must be filled every 10 to 15
seconds. Repeat the previous steps every time the hopper empties out.
Mix
You
can use any mixture of mortar or stucco with solid particles no larger
than 1/8” in diameter. Larger particles will clog the nozzles.
Maintenance
Your
“Lanzacret” mortar sprayer requires very simple maintenance. After
its use, submerge it in a bucket full of water (without mixture) and
push the air valve to prevent the air outlets from seizing.
If
the
sprayer’s air outlets get clogged, remove the side plate and insert a
1/64” wire or a drill bit to unclog them.

will need a pressurized air source of 90 to 120 PSI with a minimum flow
of 12.5 cf/min.
